Cohere is hiring a Member of Technical Staff in post-training data infrastructure. The role builds and owns the pipelines producing post-training data for Cohere's large language models — SFT, preference, RL, synthetic and human-annotated — and keeps that data versioned and reproducible. The person turns research data recipes into production components, scales inference for data generation and grading, and designs dataset schemas, working closely with researchers and annotation teams.
