Cohere is hiring a Member of Technical Staff for evals on North, its enterprise AI workspace. The role owns North's evaluation strategy: defining what to measure across agent workflows, tool use, and knowledge work like deep research and document editing, then building evals from user feedback, production failures and customer needs. Results become recommendations for Cohere's central modelling teams. Wanted: applied MLE judgment, experience improving LLM- or agent-powered systems through evals or model selection, and comfort working with product teams. The team spans Europe and East Coast North America hours.
