Poolside is hiring a Member of Engineering for its Experiment Platform team, sitting between research, infrastructure and agent teams. The work is backend: services in Python and Go behind an API gateway and research services that record experiment intent and lineage. Duties include API and data-model design, a researcher-facing CLI, integrations with training and evaluation pipelines, and adoption dashboards.
