Perplexity's data team is hiring someone with at least six years in data science, analytics engineering or data engineering to build AI systems on top of its own workflows. The work covers agents that form hypotheses, query the warehouse and interpret results; retrieval infrastructure and evaluation loops; self-healing pipelines and automated dbt model validation; and agents that read A/B test results and draft ship-or-no-ship recommendations.
