Amazon's Machine Learning Israel group, part of Annapurna Labs, is hiring a mechanical-thermal design engineer for ML training and inference accelerator hardware. The role owns mechanical and thermal design of add-in cards, high-power GPU sleds and full racks: cooling, power-delivery packaging, structural integrity, manufacturability. It leads ODM and vendor engagement, debugs data-centre thermal failures, and runs lab experiments. Requirements: an engineering degree, CAD and FEA knowledge, 6+ years in electronics mechanical or thermal design. Liquid cooling and ML/HPC data-centre experience are preferred.
