Anthropic is hiring a Manufacturing Quality Engineer on its Compute DC Infrastructure team to own quality inside the factories that build its data center power and cooling equipment. Duties include supplier audits and qualification, writing inspection and test plans, witnessing and signing off factory acceptance tests, and running nonconformance and corrective-action work. The posting asks for 6–10+ years in electrical or mechanical equipment manufacturing quality, drawing literacy, and 8D, FMEA and SPC fluency. Travel is 40–60%.
