Manager, ML Solutions Architecture — Token Factory leads EU regional solutions architecture teams at Nebius's serverless LLM platform. Scope is PoC delivery and post-sales technical support: managing eight solutions architects, reviewing benchmarking methodology and serving configurations, running documentation and ticket hygiene, and setting delivery metrics. Requires 3+ years managing technical teams including performance management, customer-facing team experience, strong LLM knowledge (architectures, fine-tuning, evaluation, inference internals), and Python. Remote from any EU country. Reports to the Head of Solutions Architecture; a peer manager covers the other region.
