OpenAI is hiring a manager for its Applied AI Engineering team in the Digital Natives segment, which serves technology and software customers. The manager sets strategy, hires and coaches Applied AI Engineers, and acts as a senior technical partner to customer engineering leaders and CTOs. Requirements include eight or more years in technical customer-facing roles, two or more years managing engineers, and hands-on generative AI or ML experience. Customer insights feed back to OpenAI's Product, Engineering and Research teams.
