Cohere's Winter 2027 Machine Learning Intern/Co-op designs, trains and improves frontier models, helps develop methods to train and serve models faster and more safely, works with very large-scale datasets, and explores continual and active learning for streaming data. The posting asks for Python plus frameworks such as TensorFlow, JAX and XLA/MLIR, large-scale distributed training experience, and familiarity with Transformers; CUDA kernels, TPUs and top-tier publications are bonuses.
