Reddit's Ads Engagement Modeling team is hiring an engineering manager to lead machine learning work on on-platform engagement, including predicting click-throughs and video view-throughs. The manager sets the modeling roadmap, oversees the model lifecycle from ideation to deployment, recruits and mentors ML engineers, and works with product managers and data scientists.
