Anyscale, the company commercializing the open-source Ray project, is hiring a customer engineer for its post-sale team in San Francisco. The role is hybrid and full-time. The person will onboard customers onto the Anyscale platform, troubleshoot and triage tickets through resolution, and act as a technical advisor, working with product and engineering on bugs and feature requests.
