Amazon's Global Operations - AI, part of Amazon Robotics, seeks a front-line Manager I for machine learning data operations in Uttar Pradesh, India. The role leads 20 to 25 associates doing ML data annotation, shifting across two or three programs, and owns SLA delivery, quality and productivity KPIs, performance reviews and reports to senior leadership. Applicants need a graduate degree, four years' experience including 18 months as team leader or manager, English communication, coaching skills and advanced MS Excel, with 24x7 rotational shifts. SQL, annotation tooling and Lean Six Sigma are preferred.
