Nebius is hiring an instructional designer for Nebius Academy, its online platform teaching AI and cloud technologies. The person will analyze learning needs with a product manager and subject experts, map outcomes for courses, modules and lessons, turn technical material into learner-friendly content, design exercises and learning aids, audit existing courses and adapt material for onboarding and certification. The posting asks for three or more years in instructional design, experience with technical subjects, Figma, HeyGen, Supademo and AI tools such as ChatGPT, and strong English.
