Anthropic is hiring a Lead Technical Instructor in New York to help build a dedicated technical instruction function, reporting to the Head of Technical Training. About half the work is hands-on instruction — labs, live agent building — in person in New York and remotely across European time zones; the rest is coaching instructors through observation, feedback and train-the-trainer programs. Requirements include 6+ years in engineering or technical education, 3+ years teaching engineers, production software experience, and recent work with LLM APIs, agents or MCP. Roughly 25% travel.
