Nebius, a Nasdaq-listed AI cloud company, is building an L3 support line in Hyderabad to act as the APAC datacenter center of expertise for servers, BIOS/BMC firmware and deep Linux diagnostics. The senior engineer leads root-cause analysis of GPU failures, firmware faults and hardware-software interactions, tracks recurring patterns across sites, and drives fixes with ODM vendors and R&D.
