Workato AI Lab is hiring graduate-student research interns for Winter 2026 and Spring 2027 in San Francisco. Interns work on LLM agent architectures, parameter-efficient fine-tuning and alignment, and high-performance inference, including kernel development. The posting expects original research published at conferences, collaboration with LLM engineers on deployment, and mentorship duties. Candidates should be pursuing an MS or PhD with publications at venues such as ICML, NeurIPS, ICLR, ACL, EMNLP or NAACL, and be strong in Python and PyTorch. CUDA and vLLM experience are preferred.
