Cerebras is hiring an infrastructure engineer to keep its on-premise server and network hardware running in Sunnyvale. The job is hands-on: racking and cabling blade servers, connecting 100G/400G links and checking optics, configuring BIOS, firmware and out-of-band management, installing and provisioning Linux, and debugging link, VLAN and routing faults down to layer 1. Applicants need three to five or more years in data center or lab infrastructure work, Linux and networking fluency, x86 hardware knowledge, and Bash or Python scripting; daily on-site presence and lifting hardware are expected.
