OpenAI's Compute organization is hiring across several disciplines to design, build, scale and operate the infrastructure behind its frontier models. Work spans distributed systems, ML infrastructure, GPU fleets, hardware, manufacturing, supply chain, data center development and facilities engineering, with responsibilities from reliability and deployment speed to bringing new compute capacity online.
