Anthropic's privacy team is hiring a senior technical program manager to own its privacy incident management program. The work covers detection workflows, escalation paths, communication standards, incident commander duties and rotations, post-incident reviews, remediation tracking, and trend analysis used to push systemic fixes across engineering, security, infrastructure and product. It asks for prior experience building incident response programs, comfort with on-call and off-hours high-severity events, and familiarity with GDPR, CCPA and HIPAA breach-notification obligations. Partnering with Privacy Legal and reporting to leadership are central. The role is on-site in San Francisco or New York.
