The Human Data team produces human-generated data used to train and evaluate models, and this analyst keeps that operation measurable. The work covers capacity, utilization, quality, throughput, cycle time and cost metrics; dashboards and trackers; forecasting and staffing views; documented processes and escalation paths; and recommendations for operations, engineering, recruiting and finance partners.
