Nscale is hiring a Head of Infrastructure Support for one region, based onsite in Houston, San Francisco, or Seattle. The role owns regional support for GPU estates, including SLAs, MTTR, backlog, escalation, on-call rotas, and customer experience. It manages and hires infrastructure support engineers and works with peer heads on follow-the-sun coverage.
