OpenAI is hiring a Head of Analyst Relations to build its global program, sitting in Business Communications. The role covers strategy, priority evaluations, briefings, and preparing executives for analyst moments, plus turning analyst feedback into counsel for product and go-to-market teams. Candidates need deep analyst relations experience in complex enterprise technology, including ownership of major evaluations, strong writing and executive advisory skills, and the ability to move between strategy and hands-on delivery. It reports to the Head of Business Communications and is hybrid, three days a week.
