OpenAI's Growth team is hiring a Lifecycle Lead to build the company-wide owned-channel capability for ChatGPT and other products. The role sets lifecycle strategy, partners with Engineering on orchestration, identity, consent, decisioning and deployment tooling, and works with product marketing on journeys across email, push and in-product messaging. It asks for 10+ years in lifecycle, CRM, retention or growth, plus fluency in experimentation, incrementality and measurement. The distinctive part is the scope: a platform and operating model serving many teams, not a single campaign calendar.
