OpenAI is hiring a GRC Program Manager, Product Lifecycle Assurance. The role owns an end-to-end product assurance program: setting controls and reviews so products meet security, privacy and compliance requirements before launch, and monitoring after. The person will build controls and tooling in infrastructure and developer workflows, run CI/CD conformance checks, and work with Product, Security, Legal, Privacy and data teams. The posting seeks technical compliance experience, comfort with Kubernetes architectures, data maps and risk metrics, and sound judgement on launch risk. It is not SOC or ISO audit support.
