OpenAI is hiring a Technical Program Manager for its Industrial Compute team's GPT Infrastructure group, based in San Francisco on a hybrid schedule with three days in the office weekly. The role covers delivery of external compute capacity from hyperscalers, colocation and third-party operators into production-ready capacity for model training and inference: readiness across compute, storage and networking, launch execution, executive reporting, and metrics on deployed capacity versus usable token output. Applicants need eight or more years in technical program management, engineering program management or infrastructure delivery.
