ElevenLabs is hiring a General Manager for Switzerland to own the country strategy for its AI voice and agent products — sales, customer delivery, KPI setting and hiring. The work covers building a B2B pipeline, leading the top 30 strategic accounts, hiring a founding country team, deciding event and brand investments, representing the company publicly, and generating partner-led opportunities. Requirements: 15+ years leading teams and complex projects, a consulting and sales background, enterprise technical deployments, Swiss German (French a plus) and English. Remote-first within Switzerland, ideally Zurich.
