Scale AI is hiring a Frontier Agents Engineer for its Applied AI work, onsite in San Francisco or New York. The role bridges frontier research and enterprise deployment: designing production agents, retrieval and memory systems, and multi-agent workflows, then running experiments and evaluation to show they work. Applicants need four or more years in software, machine learning or applied AI, strong Python, and hands-on LLM production experience.
