Scale AI is hiring a Forward Deployed AI Engineering Manager for its Enterprise team in New York, on-site. The manager leads engineers who build customer-facing AI systems: data connectors and ETL pipelines, production agents and multi-agent orchestration, evaluation frameworks, prompt libraries, RAG and fine-tuning. Requirements include five or more years of software engineering, three of management, production Python, ML frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex, and a major cloud platform. Preferred: Kubernetes, Terraform, vector databases, enterprise compliance, and vertical domain experience.
