Spectrum, a startup inside JetBrains' incubator, is building a knowledge layer that turns an organisation's code, docs and issues into an ontology AI agents can search and reason over. The founding ML engineer owns the AI/ML stack: designing ingestion, knowledge extraction, retrieval and reasoning pipelines, building datasets, metrics and evaluation, architecting agents, and setting up MLOps.
