Cursor is hiring a Forward Deployed Strategist to own strategic customer engagements from first workshop to delivery. The role pairs with one or two Forward Deployed Engineers in a pod: the Strategist scopes projects with executive sponsors, translates business problems into time-boxed deliverables, and hands-on configures workflows, integrations and platform tooling while the FDE builds production systems. The posting asks for 6+ years in solutions architecture, deployment strategy or technical consulting, working knowledge of agentic coding and LLMs, and enough Python or JS/TS to partner with engineers.
