Cursor is hiring forward deployed engineers to embed with customer engineering teams and ship AI coding workflows that change how those teams build software. The job spans discovery through post-launch support: finding the real bottleneck, defining success metrics, shipping a first version fast, then hardening it with rollout plans and monitoring. It asks for production experience with model-driven workflows, debugging model failures, evals, tracing, latency and cost tradeoffs, and strong Python and TypeScript. Reusable patterns feed back into Cursor's core product. On-site in Australia, Singapore or Japan.
