Cohere is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer for its North AI workspace platform, based in several European cities on a hybrid basis. The engineer will work with enterprise customers to turn ambiguous business problems into LLM-powered agent workflows, build and ship agents that use tools, APIs and enterprise data, and create evaluation methods for accuracy, safety and latency. The posting asks for Python experience, work with RAG and agentic patterns such as ReAct or Plan-and-Execute, LLM orchestration frameworks and vector databases. Travel is 20–40%.
