Cohere is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer for its Agentic Platform in Korea, remote and full-time. The role bridges Cohere's North AI workspace product and enterprise engineering teams. The person will design, build, and deploy LLM-powered agents across tools, APIs, and data sources; define evaluations; debug agent behavior; improve prompts, workflows, tools, and guardrails; mentor engineers; and build North features. The posting asks for production software experience, hands-on LLM agent design, evaluation and fine-tuning, Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript, customer-facing technical leadership, and English and Korean fluency.
