Wayve is hiring a Fleet Service Manager for its autonomous vehicle fleet in Japan. The role leads Fleet Servicing & Maintenance Technicians, oversees preventive and reactive maintenance, schedules, budgets, compliance, upgrades and reporting to keep uptime high. The posting seeks automotive fleet servicing experience, team leadership, health and safety knowledge, scheduling and project management, and KPI analysis. ADAS knowledge, L2 mechanic certification, JLPT N2 Japanese and fluent English are desirable. Work is Monday to Friday, on-site in Tokyo and Yokohama, with pre-employment checks and drug/alcohol testing.
