Figure builds autonomous general-purpose humanoid robots and works with Asian manufacturing partners under a joint development model. This firmware integration role is the on-site technical link between US R&D and those partners, based in China with frequent travel to Taiwan and Vietnam. The work covers board bring-up for prototypes, C/C++ diagnostic firmware for microcontrollers, buses, power and sensors, functional test fixtures, and factory-floor debugging. Candidates need embedded C/C++, schematic reading, communication-bus debugging (CAN, I2C, SPI, UART) and NPI experience with contract manufacturers. Salary is listed at ¥600,000–¥1,000,000 RMB.
