Nebius, an AI cloud infrastructure company, is hiring its first dedicated federal affairs leader to build a Washington, D.C. presence from scratch. The person sets and executes federal policy strategy on AI regulation, export controls, trade, energy and infrastructure permitting; builds bipartisan relationships on Capitol Hill and in the executive branch; and later hires staff.
