xAI is hiring an Expert Team Lead for Human Data Operations — remote and hands-on. The lead manages a team of AI Tutors producing training data and evaluations for the company's models, reviews labeling work, enforces guideline and taxonomy standards, tracks quality and throughput KPIs, and coaches and performance-manages the team. Requirements: six months or more in data labeling, annotation or AI evaluation; a bachelor's in finance, accounting or economics, or four years' experience; basic machine-learning knowledge. Preferred: prior people leadership. Candidates must be based in a listed country.
