ElevenLabs is hiring a founding leader for its RFP Engine, a new global function focused on large enterprise pursuits. The person will decide which opportunities to chase, lead major proposal responses, and build processes and internal tooling that improve each pursuit, while coordinating sales, product, security, legal and executives. The posting seeks substantial enterprise RFP experience, from pre-sales/solutions engineering or bid leadership, technical fluency, strong commercial judgment, and comfort using AI in daily work. Remote-first in the United States, with Eastern timezone preferred.
