Anthropic is hiring an engineering manager to lead its Scheduler team, which owns the scheduling layer for a Kubernetes fleet described as one of the world's largest and most varied, plus job-launch tooling and fleet-efficiency systems. The manager sets direction for scheduling, placement, queueing and quota, tracks utilization and job-start latency, and works with capacity planning, research, inference and product teams. Requirements include managing software engineers, a hands-on engineering background, production distributed-systems experience, and working Kubernetes scheduling knowledge.
