Anthropic's Research Data Platform team builds systems that let researchers produce, find, query and trust data from training runs, evaluations, RL transcripts and annotations. As tech lead, the person sets technical direction, works with researchers, ships platform components such as a metrics library for training frameworks, and owns core datasets end to end, pushing toward canonical datasets including the RL transcript data model. The posting wants experience running data-intensive systems at scale, setting technical direction, and leading through influence.
