Firmus seeks an Engineering Manager to lead Platform Engineering and Observability in Singapore. The role owns engineers and delivery for the platform under Firmus AI Cloud: bare-metal GPU compute, high-performance networking, internal platform services, self-service tooling, and observability. Work includes hiring and coaching, roadmap delivery, technical direction, production reliability and security, incident escalation, SLOs and on-call, governance of AI-generated code and agentic workloads, and cost efficiency.
