Anthropic is hiring an engineering manager to lead a new GRC platform team, building the automation behind governance, risk and compliance. The work covers data pipelines that pull risk, control and asset data from cloud, identity, HR, ticketing and code systems; policy-as-code; and integrations with compliance tooling. The manager also designs agentic workflows in which Claude gathers evidence, checks controls and drafts audit responses. The posting wants systems thinking, data integration depth, APIs, cloud platforms and Terraform, plus 12+ years' experience, and prefers 3-4+ years managing teams of two to five.
