Anthropic is hiring an engineering manager for its Enterprise pillar, the team that makes Claude ready for large organizations. The manager leads engineers building compliance, permissions, integrations and audit logging, owns planning, delivery and incident response, and works with product, design, sales and customer success on deals and roadmap. Four or more years managing engineers and enterprise SaaS or admin tools experience are required; SOC2/HIPAA compliance and data residency are preferred. Pay is $405,000–$485,000, with at least 25% office time.
