Intercom, now part of Salesforce, is hiring an engineering manager for its AI Models Infrastructure team in London. The team builds and operates the infrastructure other teams use to train and run Fin's own AI models. The manager leads expert engineers, supports ML scientists and engineers, and plans roadmaps with senior engineers. The posting wants prior experience leading infrastructure or platform teams, a strong engineering background, and technical judgment; experience training models and running them at scale is a plus.
