The founding Engagement Manager in Snorkel AI's Data-as-a-Service team owns post-sales outcomes for a few frontier-lab and enterprise accounts. The role turns customer commitments into data orders, coordinates concurrent delivery projects, manages scope changes, and ensures delivered datasets become recognized revenue. They partner with Sales and Delivery, build playbooks and escalation paths for a new function, and discuss data quality, evaluation, and specification precision with technical stakeholders. Requires 5+ years in customer success, engagement management, account management, or technical consulting. Hybrid in San Francisco or New York; travel as needed.
