Anthropic's Safeguards team seeks an Enforcement Operations Lead for multi-cloud enforcement. The role owns how misuse is detected, reviewed, and acted on where Claude reaches customers via Amazon Bedrock, Google Cloud's Agent Platform, and Microsoft Foundry — surfaces where the partner holds the customer relationship and often the data path. Work includes per-partner enforcement paths, SLAs, SOPs, escalation guides, investigations with partner threat intelligence, and metrics reported to leadership, partners, and regulators.
