Anthropic is hiring its first dedicated energy scheduling and portfolio lead to own the physical energy position behind its non-cloud data centers: contracted and available power and gas against planned compute, curtailment risk, and load flexibility. The role works directly with LSEs, QSEs, scheduling coordinators and suppliers across ISO/RTO and international markets, manages ESA counterparty performance, builds gas scheduling strategy and forecasts, and writes the processes and tooling from scratch. Anthropic asks for eight or more years in energy markets, procurement or utility operations with hands-on scheduling and settlement review.
