xAI is hiring a Documentation Control Specialist for its data center and power plant construction programs. The person keeps engineering drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, change orders, permits and as-built records accurate, version-controlled and auditable, using Aconex, Procore, Bluebeam Revu and SharePoint; they run transmittals, approval tracking, status dashboards and audits, and train colleagues on those platforms. Three or more years in document control is required, ideally in construction, data centers, manufacturing or engineering. Work is onsite in the Memphis/Southaven area or Austin.
