Shield AI is hiring a director to lead flight test of its Hivemind AI Pilot autonomy software on Group 5 uncrewed aircraft and Autonomous Collaborative Platforms. The person owns test strategy, planning and execution, moving autonomy capabilities from simulation and lab work to full-scale flight test and multi-vehicle mission scenarios, using a fly-fix-fly cycle. They act as the single technical authority for test across the ACP portfolio, coordinating OEM partners, government customers and internal teams, and holding safety, configuration control and mission assurance standards.
