Nebius, an AI cloud provider, is hiring a director to build and lead its customer-facing solutions architecture organization across EMEA. The job covers hiring and coaching senior technical staff, setting coverage and engagement models with regional sales leadership, meeting customers' CIOs, CTOs and heads of AI/ML, and feeding those customer needs into product planning.
